Acquired in November, 1st, 2004, provides knowledge management softwares and CRM applications. Also offers communication, email management and wireless solutions.

Acquired in 2006, its a Click to Call, chat and call tracking services provider.
CleverSet
Acquired in February, 6th, 2008, is especialized in online behavior pattern analysis of clients and users, and then recommend products e services.
InstantService
Acquired in January, 12th, 2010, it's a chat, email management and knowledge database provider.
ATG was bought by Oracle in January, 5th, 2011 with an estimated value of 1 billion dollars.
